1 - Delivery & Timeframes
Delivery
- At present Mr Billiards delivers cues and accessories to the Perth metropolitan area only.
- Pool tables may be delivered outside the Perth metropolitan area. Contact Mr Billiards for delivery costs.
- Orders of $100 or less will incur a delivery fee of $10.
- Orders over $100 will not incur a delivery fee. This excludes pool table deliveries.
- Orders within the Perth metropolitan area will be deliverd 1-2 business days after placing the order.
- Items that are not currently in stock will be dispatched within one business day of becoming available to Mr Billiards.
2 - Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds
- We will offer a refund / exchange on most products purchased from Mr.Billiards.
- Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Pool tables are non-refundable. If a pool table is damaged or defective then a replacement will be arranged and delivered at no cost to the customer.
- Refunds are available only if the purchased product is damaged or defective.
- Excluding pool tables, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to return the refunded product to the Mr. Billiards premises.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- When you return a product please provide: - An original Mr. Billiards tax invoice, copy tax invoice, or delivery docket. - The products original packaging and/or original cartons/container.
- A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellations must be made by phone.
- A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.
3 - Privacy Policy
What this Privacy Policy Covers
- This Privacy Policy covers how Mr. Billiards treats personally identifiable information that is collected when you are visiting the Mr. Billiards site, and when you use Mr Billiards' services.
- This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Mr. Billiards does not own or control, or to people that Mr. Billiards does not employ or manage.
- Mr. Billiards collects personally identifiable information when you register for a Mr. Billiards account and when you make a credit card purchase from Mr. Billiards.
- When you register with Mr. Billiards, we ask for your name, email address and post code. Once you register with Mr. Billiards and sign in to purchase our products, you are not anonymous to us.
- Mr. Billiards also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, Mr. Billiards cookie information, and the page you requested.
- Mr. Billiards uses information for three general purposes: to customise the advertising and content you see on our pages, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about specials and new products.
- Mr. Billiards will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.
- Mr. Billiards may set and access Mr. Billiards cookies on your computer.
- Mr. Billiards gives you the ability to edit your Mr. Billiards Account Information at any time.
